Weekend In Review

It was a busy weekend for the blog, and for the Minnesota Twins. Here are some links from the site and some other notes as well to wrap up some of the stuff you may have missed. Check out the stuff that interests you, and leave your comments on them as well.

- First off, there is good news on the Brian Buscher injury. He should return this week, and went 2-4 with a homerun in his first rehab start at AAA.

- Willy Mo Pena was traded, and I gave my input on what the Twins should have done. Also included is a quick not on Glen Perkins.

- You can help us out by sharing your thoughts about the site with us. Just take the survey.

- This is a post that links to the Minnesota Timberwolves first "Battle of the Bloggers". I was asked to participate, and you can vote there.

- The Twins won the opening game of the series, then lost the second and ended with a nice outing by Johan.

- Speaking of Johan, he broke a new team record in strikeouts, and set a new career high as well fanning 17 total hitters.

- A short story on what the Twins should do with the Carlos Silva situation next season. What are your thought?

- And finally I have hopefully fixed the sidebar issue. Please let me know if there are still problems.

I'll have more site news soon, and the Twins open another series with Seattle tonight, so look back for a recap.
